My husband arrived with an appointment and sat in the lobby for half an hour, but no one saw him. When I asked when he'd be seen, he was told "soon," without any specifics. It's disappointing that they disrespect the client and their time so much. If you're late for more than half an hour, why not call and let subsequent visitors know?
