I sought rehabilitation after a recent hernia removal in my lower back. I was troubled by post-load neuropathy in my left leg. After the initial appointment and sessions with her, my condition worsened. That same day, my temperature rose to 38, I experienced severe tachycardia, and I developed constant neuropathic pain in my right leg, which has not gone away for three weeks now. Before the sessions, my right leg was not a problem. I primarily attribute this to the test exercises that Elena asked me to do. For example, I had to lean forward or, while sitting, stretch my arm sideways horizontally and resist as hard as I could while Elena pressed down on my arm. Not much time has passed since the surgery, and according to all the recommendations I've heard so far, I shouldn't lift heavy weights, especially while sitting. If I do lift something, it should be with both hands and as close to my body as possible to avoid leverage. When I expressed my doubts, Elena confidently told me that everything was fine and instructed me to continue following her guidance. Unfortunately, I listened to her words. Nukri and his massage left a pleasant impression, but I have questions about Elena's competence.
