I had a cleansing + peeling done. Before the New Year, there were "discounts" and the cost of the service was 200 lari. I asked for the gentlest procedure - ultrasound. In the end, the cleansing + peeling lasted a total of 35 minutes. When I asked, "why so fast," the answer was, "you chose this one yourself; you could have chosen a combined one, it would have been an hour and a half." But the cost didn’t change at all, whether it was 35 minutes or an hour and a half - that’s strange. The effect of the cleansing was the same as from home remedies. If there’s no difference, why am I paying 200 lari? The master herself is a very pleasant girl - Nana. But the pricing policy really spoiled the whole visit. The cherry on top was the lack of the ability to pay by card; they don’t have a terminal. The studio itself is located in a basement, with little light and a small room. In response to my questions on Instagram after the visit, there were only denying messages saying that I was to blame for my choice. Overall, besides the cosmetologist, I had no positive emotions at all. P.S. A few days later, they offered free services to compensate for the money spent.
