The doctors and administrators speak Russian and English, which is very important for expats. The doctors really understand your specific problem, not just going through the motions.

Shame on you :D they just hang up the phone (2 times) as soon as they hear English. Even though I chose "for English press one". If you can't speak English in 2025 in a tourist city then maybe remove this option from the voice menu on the hotline so you don't waste my time.
